Our offices are located on one of the most popular streets downtown Vancouver, very close to the most popular ESL schools in town.

Structure of fees:

Placement Fee + Homestay Fee

Placement Fee: CAD$ 250

Homestay Fee:
for 3 weeks or longer, we use the weekly rate plus daily rate for extra nights.
for shorter stays, we use the daily rate.

Airport pickup Fee: CAD$ 100

Airport drop-off Fee: CAD$100

* Sharing is defined as 2 people (friends in two separate beds or partners in the same bed) in the same room -- please advise if you need one or separate beds.
